I call my sister (Always on a diet) was telling me to visit my mother and me a challenge and asked "have some candy light"? "Of course not, but I can always prepare someone," I said ... I heard a giggle a bit 'disbelief on the other side ... I immediately put to work ten minutes time, and these pieces were ready! How is it over? The diet will not know, the fact is that never stopped eating and there is not even one!


Ingredients for 4 people: 10
prunes, big choices and type of ready to eat dried apricots
5 di tipo morbido,
12 cuccchiaini abbondanti di cocco grattugiato secco,
spremuta di arancia,
liquore all’arancia o rum.


Preparazione: tagliuzzare finemente le albicocche, mescolarvi 10 cucchiaini di cocco, aggiungere del succo di arancia e un po’ di liquore, mescolare bene il tutto. Snocciolare le prugne e con il pollice sprofondarle formando una specie di barchetta farcirle con il composto, spolverizzarle di cocco (i 2 cucchiaini rimasti) prima di sistemarle una per una in pirottini di carta. Tutto quà velocissimo.

Hummus di ceci

Questo è un piatto della cucina Arab (Arabic for "hummus" means simply chickpeas) made from chickpeas, tahini, garlic and spices, easy to make ... The sauce can be obtained with taste of boiled vegetables, croutons or herself with a spoon. Good !!!!!

Ingredients for 4:
500 grams of cooked chickpeas (or 2 cans drained)
1 clove of garlic, juice of 1 lemon

2 heaping tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or salt until needed)
80ml vegetable stock or water 2 tablespoons cooking
soy yogurt.
For decoration: a touch of chili powder. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, a few leaves chopped parsley.

Preparation: you can use dried chickpeas or canned chickpeas. If you use dried chickpeas set aside a bit 'of the cooking water so' the sauce is more flavorful. If you use canned chickpeas, I'd use it to blend better or a little 'bit of plain water or a' vegetable broth, then put the cooked chickpeas in a blender and mixed with the liquid for a few minutes until dough is nearly smooth. Then add the soy sauce, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Mix again until it reaches a creamy consistency. If it is too thick, add a little 'more water.
