Vi siete mai svegliati la mattina e ritrovarvi a pensare di non aver voglia di cucinare? It can happen when you're just ok, it's good enough salad and a slice of seitan, but when you have a son who comes back from school hungry, then it becomes a problem.

Ingredients for 4:

This recipe requires a little 'more effort into what you must do the homemade pasta.

Preparation: must be blanched in salted water the herbs, drain well and squeeze. Chop the vegetables separately, enough but not too finely. La prima volta che avevo preparato questo composto ci avevo fatto le polpettine ed erano venute buonissime però andavano fritte, questa volta ho preferito evitare il fritto e ho fatto un tortino, direi che è buono lo stesso, visto che ce lo siamo spazzolato tutto!!! Per chi invece volesse fare le polpette consiglio l’impanatura con la farina di mais macinata finemente (assorbe meno grassi rispetto al normale grattato.Ps bread served with the ratatouille is delicious, the case would have it, I had to finish eating, so I tried a piece of bell pepper with a piece of cake ... ... Scaldare il latte senza farlo bollire e lasciarci il pane in ammollo x 20 minuti, quando è raffreddato aggiungerlo al trito di verdure insieme all’olio, il sale, una punta di curry. Mescolare bene il composto, stenderlo in una teglia leggermente unta, una spolverata on the surface of bread crumbs and bake 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
