Ingredients:
500 gr. Potato
350gr. seitan
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic clothes
1 pinch of salt
1 large handful of chopped parsley
Preparation: Peel the potatoes and them into pieces of average size. In a pan fry both the clothes (Do not burn) then add the seitan chunks of medium size, often turn brown and about 10 minutes .. x Then remove them and put them on a plate, browned in the pan where we add the seitan pizziccotto potatoes with coarse salt and cover with water. Halfway through cooking add the seitan stew and parsley and correct for salt. Cook until the water is withdrawn.
