Torta all'Arancia


recommend it to all lovers of natural things in part because the liquor to the final syrup (which you may not even wanting to put) the other ingredients have very little sinful.
The only suggestion I can give since we also use the peel of oranges, they should be organic. There is no milk or margarine can be kept for longer then the other cakes, although this is not, I guarantee you, a problem. Good!!


Ingredients: 200g

soy yogurt 5 tablespoons plus 1 / 2 of sunflower oil
150ml. agave juice or rice malt syrup +2 spoons
10 tablespoons orange juice zest
second half organic oranges
300 gr.farina0
4 tablespoons of corn flour, finely chopped (I used the grinder)
x yeast cakes about a bag
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of whiskey. Ps
the yeast if you want you can prepare at home: 6gr. of cream of tartar, 6gr. sodium bicarbonate, 6 oz. cornstarch = tot. 18 gr. This baking powder is perfect for a sweet all natural. Its members do not alter the taste of our cakes ... in any case, remember to mix well the dry yeast with the flour so that it can distribute evenly.


Preparation: mix yogurt, oil and malt, stir well. Then add 4 tablespoons of orange juice, and grated orange rind and shuffles well. Mix well by the dry white and yellow flour with yeast and salt. To the mixture for the cake: Dissolve the flour, I did so, in the center of the flour I had a dimple type volcano then a bit 'at a time, stirring well, I poured the liquid mixture (yogurt, oil, sweetener and orange juice mixed before) a bit 'at a time and I continued to stir well to dissolve any lumps of flour .. The compound should not be too liquid, but thick and sticky looking. I greased with a little 'oil a baking dish, I've put dentro, livellandolo con una forchetta. Ho infornato per 35 minuti circa a 180°. Poi nel frattempo che la torta raffreddava ho preparato uno sciroppo per mettercelo sopra che dà aroma e permette alle mandorle di rimanere attaccate.
Ingredienti per lo sciroppo:

6 cucchiai di succo d’arancia
2 cucchiai di succo d’agave
2 cucchiai di whisky
Si mettono in un pentolino il succo d’arancia e il dolcificante e si lasciano bollire per 2 minuti, poi si aggiunge il liquore e si lascia bollire per un altro minuto, a fiamma bassa.Quando tutto è pronto, si versa lo sciroppo (freddo) sulla torta, cospargendola poi si lamelle di mandorle preparate precedentemente. Favolosa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Speriamo che le arance si continuino a trovare ancora per un po’.
