Today I made a new nail art!
required:
a fuchsia nail polish (I used the essence of the ultimate pink)
nail art pen black
Dotter
top coat
black enamel
flowers from sticking.
the French do with the glaze fuchsia, Dotter do with the dots on the French, attacked the flowers and you nail art pen dots diagonally.
and for some of the top coat!
